This is Journal Club 04/30/21! I hold one every week JOURNAL CLUB. After filtering through the articles on the web, I present some that have influenced my life this week. Be safe and stay healthy!
We often hear of people who are taking early retirement and are ultimately financially independent. The idea of financial independence has become so widespread with the rise of the FIRE movement that people who retire earlier than in previous years are no longer as surprising as they used to be. If the FIRE movement appeals to you, then Mr. Money Mustache has an item right down your alley. Since we’re already on the topic of financial independence, I thought I’d share this article from Four pillars of freedom. According to most of the people in the personal finance community, once you have saved 25 times your annual expenses, you will be “financially independent”. So if you’re tired of being a landlord This article is for you.
When I talk about real estate investing, I am really amazed at how many people think they are too young or too old to invest in real estate. This mindset can (and does) cost a lot of people and their families a lot of money. Financial success MD Debunking some of the most popular myths when it comes to real estate investing. So if you are concerned that you are too old or too young to get into the game, This article is for you.
That’s it for this week! Hope the Journal Club 04/30/21 has helped you.
Finally, a little motivation. Have fun and a nice weekend!
